Although small, this elegant studio apartment is equipped with everything you need to offer you a quality short stay.
In the living area, in addition to a comfortable sofa bed (there is not a bed but a sofa bed) you will also find a satellite TV and a free WiFi connection.

There is also a comfortable open wardrobe with many hangers, an extendable table with two chairs and a custom-made kitchen.

KITCHEN: In the kitchen you will find a fridge with freezer, a microwave, an induction hob, a coffee machine and a kettle, as well as numerous other utensils (ladles, spoons, forks and knives, etc.)

BATHROOM:The bathroom, although small in size, has been designed to offer functionality and comfort. The shower cabin is spacious and there is a small bathroom heater.
There is no bidet but you will be able to find a hairdryer and a small first aid kit to deal with any needs.

In addition to towels of various sizes, a Welcome Kit with shampoo, conditioner and body cream offered by us, you will also find sheets and blankets, and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

You will also have access to an air conditioner to adjust the temperature according to your preferences. Additionally, a smoke detector has been installed to ensure your safety, but there is an ashtray for smokers on the small outdoor balcony (equipped with a small table and two chairs to enjoy a coffee in the morning before heading out).
